Welcome to the "Old Love" in Avendorf.
Renovated with natural materials, the house has 3 levels to feel good.
On the ground floor is a spacious living area with seating area and dining area for 10 plus baby high chair. The view goes over the terrace with garden furniture and beach chair in the spacious garden, across fields and meadows with open, unobstructed view direction Fehmarnsund bridge.
Here you will also find the well-kept natural beach, which you can reach in a few minutes via the foot and cycle path or via the Sundstraße.
