FLOATING 44 are the newest and most crafty variants of the FLOATING HOUSES and have been inviting you to spend relaxing holidays on the NORDSEE near Xanten since summer 2014. The FLOATING 44 are fixed houseboats and thus an ideal home for those who love the special atmosphere on the water, ... and still want to stay in the country. New since summer 2014: The FLOATING 44 are boats with a fixed berth and combine the special holiday feeling on board a boat with aspects of a holiday home. In the FLOATING 44 you can spend your holiday right on the waterfront, as life on board takes place on one floor. As part of our rental is not provided that the boats leave the berth. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers pure relaxation and many recreational activities around the water sports: beach with sandy beach, water ski, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more. Due to the central location on the Lower Rhine, the FLOATING 44 have a very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around.

Layout and equipment: Living and dining: spacious seating area with corner sofa, dining table with seating for 4 people Sleeping: 2 bedrooms with double beds (each 1.60 mx 2.00 m) Kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker , Kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, sink Bathroom: shower & separate toilet with sink General: air conditioning with integrated hot air heating, satellite TV on flat screen, radio-CD player, DVD player, W-LAN free of charge Outside: 15 sqm terrace at the bow, furnished; additional 25 sqm roof terrace, parking at the harbor (about 30 m to the jetty) storage for bicycles or similar. on land (in a closed building) Other: Non smoking property The bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome, 7,50 € / day + 35, - € surcharge final cleaning, max. 1 animal per occupancy Except for all fighting dog breeds. Dogs up to 40 cm shoulder height.
