On the 2nd floor of this old and typical building (without elevator), comfortable, calm and bright, this apartment is ideal for a family stay, between friends, in couple or simply for business. Apartment classified 3 stars, the city tax of 1.65 euro per night and per adult (+18 years) is not included Access to the apartment is automated, allowing you to arrive at any time. Access codes and an arrival guide will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. If necessary, our 24/7 telephone service will be ready to help you. TRANSPORT The closest car parks are: Parking Bateliers and Parking Austerlitz (max 1.90m, 20 € / 24h) The Saint-Guillaume bus stop (lines 10, 30 and N2) is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The tram stop Galia (lines C, E and F) is 5 minutes walk OTHER REMARKS Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated. The final final cleaning at the end of the stay includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, empty the refrigerator, the freezer, the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave as well as to store inside the apartment and down the trash. If you do not want to take care of this and avoid a penalty of 60 euros on the deposit on this subject, you can at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros.
