We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Ribes, this charming flat located in an old stone spinning mill typical of Ardeche, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to four travellers. On the first floor (without lift), you will find a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace and a garden shared with the second gîte. We are waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Ribes, in a very pleasant environment. There is a grocery shop, bar and restaurant in the village nearby.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a large wardrobe.
- A mezzanine with two single beds.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC.

- A large terrace of 25 m² with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days around a barbecue!
- A garden shared with the second gîte.
